We have a 14-day return policy for all domestic orders. You may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days from when the item was received. We will also return/refund any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received. Please email us at email@example.com to make a return.
If you choose to use our shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may also ship the item using your preferred shipping provider. If your return has a tracking number, we will refund your order as soon as shipment is confirmed.
All returned item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. The following items are not eligible for exchange: intimates/lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, hair items, hats or earrings.
Please note that we will be unable to refund lost or stolen packages. All orders ship with a tracking number.
Items with a price ending in $.95, $.99 or otherwise marked as sale items are final sale. We are also unable to offer returns on international orders.
